Sign up to pay your bills by Direct Debit for your chance to win...
City West Water customers who fancy an overseas holiday in 2011 have a chance to turn their water bill into a $15,000 travel voucher by simply setting up a direct debit payment on their water account.

City West Water Managing Director Anne Barker said direct debit can be the most efficient way to pay bills, for both the customer and the company.

“Direct debit is a hassle free way for customers to pay their water bill, and helps City West Water keep its costs down and the chance to win a holiday is extra incentive to sign up,” Ms Barker said.

“Thousands of our customers already pay their bills by direct debit, and we would like many more customers to switch to this convenient payment method.

“By setting up a direct debit facility on their quarterly water account, customers automatically receive an entry into the prize draw for the $15,000 travel voucher which can be used for travel in Australia or beyond.”

Customers wishing to enter the draw for the travel voucher prize must do so between now and 8 July by filling out an application form that will arrive with their next account or download a form from the City West Water website. Customers can simply complete and return the direct debit form to City West Water by 8 July to be eligible to enter into the prize draw.

Customers can nominate a bank account or credit card to have the full amount of their quarterly water bill automatically deducted on the due date.

Ms Barker said the travel voucher is the ultimate incentive to set up a direct debit payment arrangement and will allow the winner to explore all manner of travel options.

“I’d encourage all our customers not on direct debit arrangements to sign up as soon as possible and be in with a chance to holiday to almost any city in the world.”

The travel voucher prize will be drawn on 15 July 2011.
