Your Money, Your Say – Delivering The Services Our Customers Value

The Customer Outcomes Proposal is now available online for feedback and is one of the final steps in the 2018 Price Submission engagement process.

Our 2018 Price Submission will outline the service offerings, standards of services and prices City West Water will charge from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2023.

City West Water Strategy and Planning General Manager, Cameron FitzGerald, said the proposal has been developed following feedback from over 2,200 customers.

“Over the past year we have been talking to customers to understand what they think is most important about the services we deliver and what we can do better to meet customer expectations,” Mr FitzGerald said.

“The Customer Outcomes Proposal is an important opportunity for us to make sure we’ve captured what our customers have said and for you to provide feedback on what we’re proposing to deliver as a result of that.

“It’s vital our customers have their say so we can  finalise our 2018 Price Submission and ensure we’re delivering services our customer’s value now and into the future.”

The engagement process included interviews and workshops, online surveys, conversations with customers at shopping centres and community festivals, forums, and covered owners and tenants, business and industrial customers.

“We’re grateful to the thousands of customers who have provided feedback on what they value and expect from the services delivered to households, businesses and the community.”

Every five years Victoria’s water corporations must develop a pricing submission which outlines the services and service standards they propose to deliver to customers, and the proposed prices customers will pay for these.

City West Water’s independent regulator, the Essential Services Commission, will approve services and prices before they are applied, and customers will also have a chance to provide feedback into the Commission’s process before any final determination is made.

Customers are invited to view the proposal and provide feedback via the ‘Your Say’ website www.yoursaycww.com.au.

Feedback is open until Wednesday, 30 August, 2017.
