We proactively manage the water and sewer infrastructure that services Melbourne CBD and inner and western suburbs.
We do this through planned network upgrades where infrastructure has been identified for replacement, as well as responding to unforseen faults that require repair and service restoration.
We have an ongoing program of works to renew and upgrade water and sewer infrastructure to ensure we continue to serve the needs of our customers.
Unplanned network outages
From time to time unforeseen faults or disruptions affect our water and sewer infrastructure and impact services to homes or businesses.
Our outage map shows priority works that have been scheduled for repair by our crews.

- Why doesn't the outage map display a fault that I’m experiencing?
