Are you a customer with special needs? Let us know.

We believe in proving exceptional customer service to all of our customers. If you have special needs please let us know so that we can consider your circumstance and register you as a special needs customer.


If you are on a life support or dialysis machine you will be included as a special needs customer. Please advise us if this is your circumstance.

We contact registered special needs customers as soon as possible in the event of an unplanned interruption to a service and at least four business days before a planned interruption.

If you would like a longer period of notice, we can arrange for this as long as it is reasonably necessary and we are able to accommodate it. In all cases we try to minimise inconvenience to our special needs customers.
