National Water Week

Online Learning Festival - Reimagining our Water Future

This year we are partnering with other water corporations across the state to bring you the National Water Week Online Learning Festival.

National Water Week, 19 – 25 October 2020, inspires individuals, communities and organisations to build awareness around the value of water. Access to clean water is hugely important to our daily lives. We all need to protect our water environments and resources and use water wisely.

Our online learning festival program will bring together a fantastic collection of online events, printable resources and on demand videos to make National Water Week 2020 a week of fun and learning.

Here’s a preview of the event...

Tapstar Saves Water: Eaton Gorge Theatre Company performance. The show promises to be a cartoon-like, vibrant and energetic experience with plenty of humour and a touch of silliness. Audiences will learn what happens if the wrong things are put down the sink, in the toilet or in the drains.  Show runs for 30 minutes with follow up activity ideas provided. You can access the performance online now, but it's only available for a limited time!

Online demonstrations such as body relaxation and mindfulness, water experiments, virtual tours of treatment plants and a variety of water related book readings!
