  • You must complete all sections of this form before it can be assessed. 
  • We must receive your application by the due date. 
  • City West Water will not support events falling outside of Victorian State Government Guidelines regarding mass gatherings during the coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • If a mobile water fountain isn’t available in the size you want we will provide one in a different size. 
  • We may reject an application or take the mobile water fountain back if its proposed location doesn't meet our requirements. 
  • You are liable for any damage to the mobile water fountain while it is in your possession. 
  • We can't guarantee that the mobile water fountain will be delivered at the time you request, or in extreme cases even on the day of the event – but we will do our best to meet your needs and try to let you know if this might happen. 
  • Support of your event can't be promoted as a general endorsement by either City West Water or the Victorian Government. 
  • For mobile water fountains delivered Monday to Friday we request that you schedule bump in and bump out prior to, or after peak hour (7am – 9am and 4pm – 6pm). Fees may be incurred by your organisation for bump in and bump out during these peak times. 
  • For mobile water fountains delivered on a Saturday, we request that you schedule bump in and bump out between 7am – 6pm. Fees may be incurred by your organisation for bump in and bump out outside of these designated hours. 
  • For events taking place on a Sunday we request that the mobile water fountain bump in takes place on the Saturday between 7am – 6pm and the bump out takes place on the Monday between 9am – 4pm. Fees may be incurred by your organisation for bump in and bump out on Sundays. 
  • For events taking place on a public holiday we request that the mobile water fountain bump in takes place on the weekday or Saturday prior and the bump out takes place on the next business day. Fees may be incurred by your organisation for bump in and bump out on public holidays.
  • Each event is entitled to one free mobile water fountain. In the instance that your event requires more than one mobile water fountain, we will charge a flat fee of $600 ex GST for the additional delivery, pick up and installation of the second mobile water fountain
  • City West Water will cover the cost of one site visit prior to the event. Any additional site visits that are required may incur a fee.
  • In the case the event is cancelled we request that you notify City West Water immediately.   
  • In the case the event is postponed the supply of a mobile water fountain on an alternate date will be subject to availability.
  • Note the supply of a mobile water fountain on alternate event date that falls outside the original application round will require a separate application (refer here to get your information in on time).   
  • City West Water reserves the right to cancel the supply of the mobile water fountain at any time. In this instance City West Water will use its best endeavours to replace the mobile water fountain with a similar unit from a commercial hirer however accepts no liability for charges incurred in the hire of a replacement.   
  • Accepting a City West Water mobile water fountain means you or your organisation agree to promoting City West Water’s support of the event naming City West Water as an ‘Event Partner’ on the event website at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • Accepting a City West Water mobile water fountain means you or your organisation agree to promote City West Water’s support of the event naming City West Water as an ‘Event Partner’ on a social media post at least one week prior to the event. This content must be sent to City West for approval at least three business days prior to its publication to waterfountains@citywestwater.com.au 
  • Accepting a City West Water mobile water fountain means you or your organisation agree to provide City West Water with three high resolution event-related images within five business days of the event’s completion with authorisation to use these images for promotional purposes. Photos and permissions are to be sent to waterfountains@citywestwater.com.au
