We are committed to providing easy billing options to our vision impaired customers.

City West Water has partnered with Vision Australia to offer alternatives to our standard accounts for customers who are blind or have low vision.

Braille summary of account

You can request a Braille summary of your bill which will be sent out with your standard quarterly account.

Enlarged customer account

Alternatively you can request an enlarged version of your bill instead of your standard quarterly account.
