Our services and prices for the next five years.
Our price submission sets out the services, standards of service, tariff structures and retail prices we propose to put in place for the next five years, from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2023.
We made our submission to Victoria’s independent economic regulator, the Essential Services Commission (ESC), on 29 September 2017.
The ESC completed their own public consultation process on our 2018 Price Submission between October 2017 and April 2018.
After considering public comments alongside its own regulatory review, the ESC made its final determination in June 2018 on the standards of service and retail prices we can put in place from 1 July 2018.
You can visit the ESC's website to read our 2018 Price Submission. Please note the ESC's public consultation on our price submission has closed. However, if you have any questions or would like more information about our price submission or to request a printed copy, please call 13 44 99 or contact us.
Progress on our 2018-23 Pricing Submission
Every five years, we submit a Pricing Submission to the Essential Services Commission. With 2018-19 now complete, we are happy to report we’ve successfully reached most of our commitments and continue to strive to make our service outcomes even better for our customers.
Delivering reliable, efficient services our customers value
Over the past year, we have heard from more than 2,200 customers about what they value and expect from the water and sewerage services we deliver to households, businesses and the community.
Understanding what matters most to customers and what we can do better to meet customers’ expectations has been fundamental in developing our price submission.
