Commitment:
To reduce unaccounted-for water to 10% by 2007-08. Unaccounted-for water includes water that is lost through bursts and leaks, used for fire fighting, taken through illegal connections or used through inaccurate meters.

Looking ahead:
We will continue with our current programs, including our leak prevention strategy directed towards maintaining our good performance in unaccounted-for water. The 2008-09 target we will be working to is 10.3%.
