Looking ahead:
Our focus on reducing non-residential water consumption delivered a 6.5% reduction in non-residential water sales over 2006-07, accelerating the downward trend in this indicator. Initiatives aimed at our non-residential customers, such as Water Conservation Solutions and our Cleaner Production program, have helped focus these customers on saving water.
