To ensure that our employees undertake professional development that meets their individual development needs and the requirements of our business.  

How we’ve performed:
Training expenditure for 2007-08 was $2954 per person based on an average headcount of 264 employees. The target was $1622 per person.

Looking ahead:
We will continue to encourage our employees to attend courses and workshops in order to further develop and advance their work-related skills.
