Commitment:
To rectify sewer blockages within an average time of 154 minutes. We will pay affected customers $25 any time we take longer than five hours to restore an interruption to their sewerage services, as part of our Guaranteed Service Level system.

Looking ahead:
We will continue to focus on achieving this target through real time monitoring of performance data to ensure service standards are achieved and customer impacts are minimised. The 2008-2009 target we will be working to is 176.4 minutes.
