Number of customers experiencing more than three sewer interruptions/blockages in a 12-month period (as at 30 June 2008)
Commitment:
To ensure that none of our customers experience more than three sewer blockages in a 12-month period. If this does occur we will pay customers $25 each time they experience more than three sewer interruptions in 12 months as part of our Guaranteed Service Level (GSL) system.

Looking ahead:
Through the implementation of new programs and technologies (such as sewer CCTV, cleaning and tree root treatment) we will continue to focus on ensuring our customers do not experience more than three interruptions or blockages to their sewerage service.
