Looking ahead:
In 2008-2009 our focus will remain on engaging our diverse community and continuing the programs within our Community & Social Involvement strategy. The delivery of our key messages to English as a Second Language (ESL) groups will be strengthened by the introduction of a syllabus into ESL providers programs. We are aiming to double presentations to diverse groups within our community. We will increase our interaction with the community through sponsorship of events; the supply of in kind goods; a higher profile with our education trailer and water fountain at events; and our partnerships with community and service organisations including Victoria Police, AMES and Spirit West.
