We serve a diverse population of 790,200 people from city dwellers living in Docklands, the CBD and Richmond to homeowners in the outer suburbs of Caroline Springs, Hillside, Altona and Werribee.
Approximately 34% of our customers speak a language other than English at home. We provide translation services, main brochures in other languages and have a register of staff who can speak a range of other languages to assist our customers. We also visit existing and new migrant groups to provide information about our services and water conservation programs.
