Together with the Master Plumbers’ and Mechanical Services Association of Australia and the Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre, we have conducted workshops to train plumbers in installing water and energy efficient fittings and systems, as well as offering advice on:

• showerheads
• taps
• dual-flush toilets
• solar hot water
• air-conditioners
• treated greywater systems
• washing machines, dishwashers and other appliances
• pressure reduction valves (500 kpa at the water meter)
• hot water recirculation
• rain water tanks (for garden watering, toilet flushing, washing machine use and swimming pool top up)
• sub-surface irrigation.
