Buying or Selling a Home
When you buy or sell a property, you, your solicitor or conveyancer must notify us in writing by submitting a notice of aquisition (for purchaser) or disposition (for vendor).
It is a good idea to contact us 48 hours* before you move into your new home, or vacate your old one, to ensure that we take a meter reading on the day of settlement. This will help to ensure that you are only billed for water used while you lived at the property.
* Please note that meters are read Monday - Friday only.
