Does the exemption I received under Permanent Water Saving Rules still apply?
If you have been provided with an exemption under Permanent Water Saving Rules for medical reasons your exemption will carry over to Stage 3 water restrictions.
However, if you previously had an exemption under Permanent Water Saving Rules for any other reason you will need to re-apply for a separate exemption under Stage 3 water restrictions.
