Land Development Manual

City West Water’s Land Development Manual sets out our policies for land development.

It details cost recovery, construction, quality assurance and audit policy for land development activities. It also describes the methods of determining contributions for water and sewerage services.

The policies in the Land Development Manual refer to standard subdivision developments. Where these policies are inappropriate for a development, the requirements for the development will be determined on a case by case basis.
