Overdue accounts – SMS reminders
From 1 November, City West Water is trialling a new way to remind customers if their water bill is unpaid by the due date. Rather than sending out a reminder notice in the mail, we will send you an SMS or voice reminder direct to your phone. It’s a quick and convenient way to remind you to pay your bill.
Currently we are only trialling this on a small number of our customers. But if you would like the convenience of SMS or voice reminders, simply call us on 131 691 and we’ll update our records. Or, if you’ve received an SMS reminder and don’t wish to receive them in the future, call us on 131 691.
