Annual Report

City West Water's Annual Report provides a detailed and transparent account of our financial performance. It is usually available by October each year, after it has been tabled in the Victorian Parliament.

Sustainability Report

In City West Water's Sustainability Report you will find a comprehensive account of our performance across the environmental, social and financial triple bottom line. We issue the report every year, usually in November.

Water Quality Report

City West Water's Water Quality Report provides a description of the quality of drinking water supplied to customers in our service area over a 12 month period. It is usually available by the end of October each year.

Making Waves Newsletter

Making Waves is our newsletter for residential customers. It is issued every three months and included with your bill. Making Waves includes lots of useful information about saving water, water pricing and our community programs.

Your Water Matters Newsletter

Your Water Matters is our newsletter for business customers. It is issued every three months and included with every business customer's bill. Your Water Matters includes lots of useful information about how we can help businesses in our area save water, sewerage and trade waste, pricing and more. 

Environmental Sustainability Plan

Our Environmental Sustainability Plan sets out our strategy for environmental management. It contains specific objectives, programs and targets to improve our environmental performance over the two year period July 2011 to June 2013.

Liquid Assets Magazine

Liquid Assets showcases some of the massive water-savings being acheived by our business, commercial and industrial customers. It is issued three times per year.
