City West Water has three customer committees that are an important forum for community consultation on our programs, initiatives and customer service issues.

Our Community Liaison Committee primarily contribute to the development of our Environmental Sustainability Plan.

Our Customer and Community Committee provides a customer and community perspective on customer service issues.

Our Altona Treatment Plant Community Liaison Sub-Committee provides local residents and community members with input into our running of the Altona Treatment Plant.
