Customer Committee
Our Customer Committee draws on the experience and knowledge of a diverse range of customers from our service area.
The committee meets every three months to provide feedback and input into some of our customer-related issues, providing a customer perspective on our programs and activities.
The Customer Committee plays an important role in the development of our Water Plan, our submission to the Essential Services Commission, and in developing meaningful communication materials for our customer base. They receive regular updates on customer complaints, our complaint processes, customer enquiries and media issues. They also receive regular updates on our operations to provide a greater understanding of the services we provide.
Our Customer Committee's membership is reviewed regularly. Keep a look out on our website or in your local paper for advertisements inviting applications of interest, if you are interested in joining the committee.
