How to Apply

Applicants must submit a completed application form and supporting documentation to cwwconservation@citywestwater.com.au by the submission dates.

Application Documents

Completed and signed application form including:

  • break-down of project costs
  • quotes demonstrating where each component of the project will be sourced
  • copy of public liability insurance certificate
  • proof of an operating budget of less than $200,000 per year
  • proof of previous projects/achievements - where applicable
  • project plan supporting information (timeline, objectives) - where applicable.

After the Completion of Your Project

Completed post project review including:

  • community opening day/event launch plan* - when required.

* The community opening day/event launch plan will ensure City West Water provide you with the necessary support nearing project completion - such as an organised media release, City West Water logo rights and attendees from concerned parties.

Please note: All projects must be completed within one financial year from the date of awarded grant.
