Reticulation pipes or water mains bring water into city and local streets. A water meter, connected to the household or business, shows how much water is used. The volume is usually measured in kilolitres (1,000 litres).
An extensive hydraulic distribution network consisting of 3,600 kilometres of water mains, pumping stations and service reservoirs distribute the water to our customers. This network is totally enclosed, protecting the water from possible contamination as it is delivered to our customers.
