Programs and Assistance

City West Water has a number of programs to assist our industrial, commercial and institutional customers to save water and energy.

The Business Showerhead Exchange Program allows you to swap your old showerheads for new, water efficient models, helping to save water, which also means lower costs of heating water.

City West Water also offers free water audits to help you identify areas in which your business could be more efficient. Industrial customers can benefit from our Fire Sprinkler Program, while Asian-style restaurants can realise significant water savings by participating in the Woking the Way to Water Savings program.

There are also additional resources available, including free signage for amenities and kitchens promoting water conservation, checkmeters for submetering and a benchamarking guide.
