Permission to Discharge Trade Waste to Sewer

The discharge of trade waste to City West Water's sewers is only permitted with City West Water's consent.

For restaurants, cafes, carwash facilities, motels and facilities which generate greasy waste, permission can be sought by completing the Application for Commercial Waste Consent. 

For all other industrial customers, including manufaturers of food, beverages and chemicals, along with chemical blenders, permission can be sought by completing an Application for Industrial Waste.
