This manual sets out City West Water's policies for land development. It details cost recovery, construction, and quality assurance and audit policy for land development activities. It also describes the methods of determining contributions for water supply and sewerage services.
The policies in this manual refer to standard subdivision developments. Where these policies are inappropriate for a development, then the requirements for the development will be determined on a case by case basis.
Revised Land Development Fees
Following a review of the Victorian Water Industry’s fees and charges by the Essential Services Commission, City West Water has introduced new Land Development fees effective from 1 July 2008.
Applications received from this date will be processed and assessed based on the new fees.
