Following the Essential Services Commission’s review of the Victorian Water Industry’s fees and charges, City West Water's Developer Contribution charges effective from 1 July 2008 are as follows:
Applications made from this date will be assessed at the new Developer Contribution rates.

New Customer Contribution (per lot)

* to be reduced by 50% if a recycled water contribution s to be applied in a dual reticulation development.
The above rates are applicable for all areas within City West Water's licensed boundary.
