Concerns or complaints about our services
If you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact us on 131 691 or email enquiries@citywestwater.com.au. Through our complaint process we make every effort to quickly resolve your concerns.
We will stay in contact with you throughout any issue and aim to resolve the majority of complaints in a few days.
If you feel that the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please let us know and we will raise the issue at a senior management level. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV) on 1800 500 509.
