Wastewater can be used for many purposes, depending on the quality of wastewater, including toilet flushing, cleaning and for use in cooling towers.

Encore Tissue take a bow for water saving!

A system was employed to deliver economical, single-stage mechanical filtration of wastewater containing high levels of solids, using a series of submerged rotary disks. Closing the Loop at Shell

A project was introduced to continually reuse water used by the fire pumps during the weekly tests. A water recirculation tank was installed to capture and recirculate the water used to test the pump operation. As the water is not being exposed to any other part of the plant, it remains contaminant free, ensuring the performance of the pumps and the health and safety of maintenance and fire fighting workers is not compromised.

Schiavello Saves Water Through Smarter Technology

As part of their commitment to greener production processes, Schiavello management sought to reduce water consumption within their powder coating processes.
