Building and Renovating

If you are building a new construction, developing a commercial piece of land or renovating an exisitng commercial property in City West Water's service area then you or your plumber or builder will need to work with us to ensure correct and compliant water, sewerage and where available, recycled water connections.

Prior to commencing any plumbing work, a plumbing application together with the applicable application fee needs to be lodged with City West Water.

The type of application form required and the application fee payable is determined by the type of development being proposed.

The applicable fee that is to be lodged is indicated on the application form. The form will also indicate the minimum timeframes we require to assess your application.

Single Residential Application

Use this form for the construction of a single residential dwelling on a single existing or new allotment.

Commercial/Industrial/Multi-Unit/Dual-Occupancy Application

Use this form for the construction of industrial, commercial, multi-residential or dual occupancy developments. This form is also used for alterations and/or extensions to any of these types of developments.

Application to Build or Retain a Structure Over Works and/or Easements

Use this form if you intend to build a structure over a City West Water easement or within one metre of a City West Water asset.

Application For the Supply of Check Meters

Use this form to apply for check meters to be installed in residential or commercial multi-unit developments.

Property Service Plans
