From 1 September 2009 you will no longer be able to pay your City West Water bill at our office in St Albans Road.
You can still pay your City West Water bill in person at any Australia Post outlet.
Other payment options can be found on the back of your current bill.
Technical and trade customers can continue to make payments by credit card or cheque. Payments by cheque can be lodged via the drop box facility located in the customer foyer.
