City West Water’s vision is to be a truly sustainable water business. For us, sustainability means balancing our social, environmental and economic responsibilities. The Environmental Policy outlines how we seek to meet our environmental responsibilities.
In meeting our environmental responsibilities we seek to achieve the following strategic objectives:
Environment
- Manage supply and demand to minimise extraction of water from the environment;
- Maximise sustainable reuse of water;
- Protect and minimise the impact of our business and our services on the environment; and
- Towards zero waste.
Customer
- Conservers not consumers; and
- Clean producers not polluters.
