Business Relations Manager At City West Water our vision is to be a truly sustainable water business. We are committed to creating an energised and stimulating work environment for our people. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Relations Manager to join our team. This role would suit a self motivated professional who has a strong customer focus, with a strategic approach to customer relations development. Ideally you will be technically inclined with the ability to deal with a range of key account issues including metering, billing and credit management for water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services. City West Water’s, Water Conservation Solutions program is Australia’s leading water industry program that assists businesses to implement water conservation initiatives. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are essential as you will be required to influence select business customers in new water conservation practices and communicate important government and City West Water strategic initiatives. To be considered for this role, you will have qualifications in marketing or related business field with a solid work history in a similar role. Qualifications or experience in aspects of environmental sustainability will be highly regarded. You will also be required to participate in our Incident Management roster and make yourself available as required and manage customer issues as they arise.
