Spring is here and in the lead up to what may be another dry summer, there’s no better time to make your garden water-wise, especially now that Stage 3a Water Restrictions will remain in force until at least 30 June 2008.
City West Water has organised a series of FREE seminars – Sustaining Gardens in Dry Times to provide you with the practical knowledge and skills you need to ensure your garden thrives.
Keynote speaker Kevin Walsh is an acclaimed horticulturalist and author of Waterwise Gardening. Kevin will give advice on gardening essentials including mulching, watering, plant hydro-zoning, soil moisture and using grey water. Other presenters will discuss the current water situation, grey water systems and water tanks and why and how to save water.
