We outsource a range of works and services, including maintenance of water and sewer assets, business support services such as information technology support, meter reading, laboratory services and construction projects.

Sustainability is considered in the management of our supply chain, and our selection of suppliers is linked to our business goals and objectives. It plays a part in our tender and contractor selection process where we encourage our tenderers to be innovative from a sustainability perspective in their tender responses.

We also require all of our contractors to comply with all occupational, health and safety laws and other relevant certification achievements.
