The Role of Our Board

City West Water’s Board of Directors is responsible for setting and overseeing the overall strategies, policies and objectives of our business. Directors aim to meet the highest standards of corporate governance and recognise the importance of demonstrating ethical standards and conduct.

The Board has developed a set of business values and strategies, together with a set of business policies that govern the way we operate.Our policies, including those relating to privacy, tendering and procurement, occupational health and safety, equal opportunity and anti-discrimination, are communicated regularly to employees. 

The Board formally meets on a monthly basis (except in January), holds additional special meetings as required, conducts strategic reviews and also participates in site visits.
