Performance Reviews
The Board undertakes an annual Board performance review. It involves both a self-assessment process and 360-degree feedback to seek company executives’ assessment of the Board’s performance.
The performance of each member of the Executive Management Committee is measured against a set of criteria that are developed as part of our strategic planning. The criteria are based on key objectives that include many of the business’ performance indicators and strategic priorities. Our shareholder, the Victorian Government, receives detailed quarterly performance reports and also reviews our performance annually through the corporate planning process.
