Managing Our Sewer Activities

Sewer spills have the potential to cause environmental damage and are reported to the EPA Victoria. Generally, spills may be caused by pipeline blockages and wet weather. Click here for more information on these Sustainability Indicators.

We measure and report our sewer activities against a set of key performance indicators determined by the Essential Services Commission. This reporting allows us to compare our performance against that of other retail water companies and encourages continuous improvement.
