Energy and Water Ombudsman, Victoria
While City West Water remains the first point of contact for enquiries about our services, the Energy and Water Ombudsman, Victoria, provides our customers with an independent third party to whom they can refer enquiries, complaints or disputes.
The Ombudsman provides customers with a further level of transparency about customer service matters. Complaints to the Ombudsman is also a Sustainability Indicator and can be viewed here.
