Our Management Plans and Systems
We operate our business according to policies and procedures that make sure we meet regulatory requirements, maintain high service standards and protect our staff, the community and the environment. The maintenance of these systems is a Sustainability Indicator and can be viewed here. In addition, we also measure if we have had any fines and prosecutions for public health and environmental offences which can be viewed here.
To make sure these systems are effective, our staff receive regular and tailored training. We also report our performance to senior management and the Board of Directors, and we regularly conduct internal and external audits (refer below). Our maintenance contractor, Infraserv, successfully maintained Quality and Environmental Accreditation during 2005-06 and successfully obtained OH&S Accreditation during 2005-06.
