Greenhouse Reduction Strategies

We attempt to minimise the impact of greenhouse gas emissions by promoting the use of LPG-fuelled commercial vehicles and the use of a Toyota Prius (a car fuelled by electricity and petrol) as a pool car. We also have an arrangement with Green Fleet, a non-profit company that plants trees on behalf of its members to offset greenhouse gas emissions. We provide Green Fleet with our total annual corporate fleet fuel usage, which is used to calculate the cost of planting enough trees to offset the greenhouse gas impacts of this usage.
